Detailed Itinerary
Day 1: Arrive in Arusha, Tanzania
On arrival in Tanzania, you will be welcomed by a representative of Africa Safaris Tours who will transfer you to your booked accommodation at Elewana Arusha Coffee Lodge, located within Tanzania’s largest coffee estates.

Day 2: Arusha-Tarangire National Park
Set out on an epic journey to Tarangire National Park, known for its iconic baobab trees and big elephant herds, about 60 in a single herd. Enjoy a wildlife drive on your way to Tarangire Safari Lodge, where you will have lunch. Continue to the five-star Tarangire Treetops, where vast elevated rooms are built upon tree-attached platforms with spectacular views of the plains.

Day 3: Tarangire National Park
Today is a full-day game drive with a picnic lunch. Keep an eye out for elephants and lions, as well as zebras, giraffes, and waterbucks. The park is also a sanctuary for birdwatchers. Wake up early for a pre-sunrise road trip to the hot air balloon launch site. It’s a fantastic way to start the day, greeting the sunrise and watching the balloon inflate before soaring into the African sky. You’ll get a bird’s-eye view of the wildlife from treetop height. Back on land, celebrate with your ballooning partners with a champagne toast, followed by a delicious breakfast in a memorable setting. The rest of the day is free for you to relax before the afternoon game drive. Expert safari guides will take you to a world of breathtaking panoramic views, revealing astonishingly realistic sights and sounds. Day 10: Transfer To Volcanoes National Park
Take a heartbreaking and touching tour of the Kigali Memorial Center in the morning with a local guide, and tour the great assortment of art galleries and cooperatives. after lunch, take a picturesque journey to the Sabinyo Mountains base where the stunning views of the peaks emerge through the trees. Guests are encouraged, through their visit, to interact with the local community and lend a hand in conservation activities.

Day 11-12:Gorilla Tracking
A strenuous climb rewards you with the beauty of the forest and surrounding scenery. All tiredness melts away once the gorillas are spotted. Keep an eye on the soldiers as they go about their tasks. Females bond through grooming, while juveniles play and explore under the watchful eye and guidance of the dominant silverback.
On the 12th day, wake up to a delicious breakfast, and later go on a second gorilla walk for another unforgettable encounter with this majestic, critically endangered species thought to number less than 1000 in the wild today.
